Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is an independent community bank in Clear Lake, Iowa with an office in Garner, Iowa and two offices in Mason City, Iowa. Our Business Banking Department is regarded as knowledgeable, resourceful and professional throughout the North Iowa area.
Qualifications:
- Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in finance or related area
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a commercial and agricultural lending role responsible for business development and credit administration
- Previous credit analyst experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
- Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
