This is a Customer Service Representative position. This is not a remote role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and the ability to use a computer.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and answer their questions.
- Keep customer information in each customer's file up to date.
- Use a computer and keep track of company data.
- Answer customer questions via telephone, email, or in person.
- Check customer accounts to ensure that they have scheduled services at the appropriate times.
- Schedule service for customers.
- Make sure that the service technicians receive daily assignments.
- Research customer questions to make sure that answers are accurate.
