What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Rep position at Clear-Label?

This is a Customer Service Representative position. This is not a remote role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and the ability to use a computer.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and answer their questions.
  • Keep customer information in each customer's file up to date.
  • Use a computer and keep track of company data.
  • Answer customer questions via telephone, email, or in person.
  • Check customer accounts to ensure that they have scheduled services at the appropriate times.
  • Schedule service for customers.
  • Make sure that the service technicians receive daily assignments.
  • Research customer questions to make sure that answers are accurate.
