Duties
- Facilitate rentals and occasionally guided kayak tours on clear waterways, providing expert instruction and ensuring participant safety at all times
- Educate guests about local ecosystems, wildlife, and water safety protocols through engaging public speaking and storytelling
- Manage group dynamics effectively, demonstrating leadership and maintaining a positive, inclusive environment
- Assist participants with equipment setup, safety gear checks, and paddling techniques to enhance their experience
- Monitor weather conditions and water levels continuously to adapt tours accordingly and ensure safety standards are met

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment and safety gear to uphold high standards of quality and safety
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
- Proven leadership skills with experience in guiding or teaching groups in outdoor settings

- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage time efficiently to coordinate tour schedules smoothly
- Reliable mobile device
