Groundskeeper/Maintenance Associate

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional
• Ability to read and speak English
• Has vehicle to drive between property locations
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs and walk the property
• Performing tasks that may require bending, stooping, or reaching, such as checking under desks or inspecting areas that are difficult to access

• Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications

• Regular cleaning of lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and laundry rooms. 

• Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor common areas like parking lots, sidewalks, and recreational space 

• Periodic cleaning of units as per schedule or during tenant turnover. 

• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pulling weeds, laying mulch, watering plants. 

• Painting of doors and parking lines 

• Gutter cleaning/downspout repairs 

• Power washing sidewalks and buildings 

• Repairing building signs 
• Replacing/changing door locks

• Conduct daily or weekly safety inspections of the building and grounds. 

• Identifying and reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. 

• Shoveling snow from walkways and applying ice melt to prevent slips and falls. 

• Collecting and disposing of waste from common areas 

• Trashing out empty/abandoned units. 

• Calling trash companies for special pickups if applicable. 
• Other duties as assigned

Salary : $15 - $19
