The Regional Manager for Multi-Family Assets will oversee the operations and performance of multiple multi-family properties across Texas, with a base in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include managing property performance, developing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue, overseeing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading on-site teams. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires regular travel within the region and collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Strong property management skills, including operations oversight, budget management, and performance optimization
- Experience in asset management, acquisition, and disposition for multi-family housing
- Proficient in team leadership, employee training, and employee performance monitoring
- Knowledge of local and federal housing regulations and compliance standards
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in real estate management software and reporting tools
- Ability to analyze financial data and develop strategic action plans
- Experience in commercial real estate or multi-family housing is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
