Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a qualitative analyst. In this position, you will conduct buyer interviews to gather market insights, analyze sales and market trends, and provide recommendations for improving go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive reports, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, and sharing findings to guide strategic decision-making. You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to enhance competitive positioning and market success.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years minimum working in healthtech and/or employer-sponsored benefits
- Market research and data analysis skills to interpret trends and insights
- Strong communication, interviewing, and presentation skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Sales strategy and go-to-market expertise, with the ability to provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in leveraging tools for data visualization, documentation, and reporting
- Understanding of private equity and venture capital-backed business environments is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a closely related field
- Self-driven, resourceful mindset with a commitment to delivering actionable insights
