CLEAR GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking an on-site Facility Manager to oversee operations, inspections, and project management across various General Services Administration (GSA) facilities nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations across the federal facilities assigned
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders
- Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts, vendors, and operational services
- Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities
- Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the Contracting Officer’s Representative
- Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using required formats
- Inspect federal and leased facilities to verify compliance with applicable terms and requirements
- Support building system upgrades, space renovations and small construction projects from initiation through closeout
- Coordinate with contractors, tenants, government staff, and cross-functional teams
- Monitor maintenance activities, service quality, and contract performance
- Track issues and prepare reports for review
- Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction
- Manage facility assets and capital improvement projects
- Lead space planning and optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate security operations, emergency response planning, and incident coordination
- Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness activities
- Supervise the maintenance team, administrative team, and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in facility management, construction, or property management
- Experience with facilities management software
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning
- Experience with contract management
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
- Understanding of building systems
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust)
- Employment is contingent upon successful background investigation and PIV card issuance
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting federal or government facilities
- Exposure to construction or project coordination
- Familiarity with facility inspections and maintenance oversight
