Clear Glass Works is seeking a part-time laborer/ As Needed to support day-to-day work in West Palm Beach, FL.

The Laborer will assist with general labor tasks to help keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable supporting a team through active, hands-on work.

This is a part-time remote role aligned to supporting ongoing operational needs based on assigned tasks and priorities.

• Perform general labor duties as assigned, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time

• Support routine workflow activities, including preparation, setup, and basic cleanup

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Assist team members as needed to ensure efficient completion of day-to-day operations

• Communicate updates on task status and complete assigned work according to direction

• Ability to perform physically active work tasks safely and consistently

• Strong reliability and punctuality in a part-time schedule

• Willingness to follow instructions and established procedures

• Basic communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand priorities

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment

• Prior experience in general labor or a similar hands-on support role

• Familiarity with safety practices in a working environment

Hourly rate: $18.50 - $21.00
