Responsibilities
- Assist with measuring, cutting, and laying tiles according to project specifications and technical drawings
- Support the preparation of surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary primers or adhesives
- Handle building materials safely using hand tools and power tools, ensuring proper manual handling techniques
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate tile placement and installation
Skills
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety protocols
- Experience or interest in flooring installation, tile laying, and building material installation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings such as schematics and construction plans
- Strong manual handling skills with attention to safety standards for lifting and moving heavy materials
- Good communication skills
