What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Clear Cut Landscape & Design?
Responsibilities
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and material installation
- Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and general landscape maintenance
- Install plants, trees, shrubs, decorative stone, and garden beds
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or related experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license Required
- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other equipment is a plus
