Clear Cut Glass is seeking an experienced and professional Auto Glass Technician/Installer to serve customers throughout the valley. We are looking for a motivated team member who takes pride in quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and ethical business practices.
Important: Candidates must reside in the Central Phoenix or West Valley area.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of auto glass installation experience
- Proficient with all types of automotive glass installations and replacements
- Experience performing static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations (we utilize the Autel system)
- RV and Semi glass experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must provide personal installation tools
Responsibilities
- Pick up daily glass inventory from our Glendale location
- Arrive on time to scheduled customer appointments
- Perform safe, accurate, and high-quality auto glass installations and replacements
- Complete static and dynamic recalibrations as needed
- Resolve warranty-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Follow company procedures and installation standards
- Maintain positive communication with customers and office staff
- Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained
- Represent Clear Cut Glass with professionalism and integrity
