What are the responsibilities and job description for the MASSAGE THERAPIST position at Clear Creek Tahoe?
Clear Creek Tahoe is an upscale development club on the eastern slope of the Carson Range on Spooner Pass, conveniently located just about 20 minutes from both Incline Village and the ski slopes of Heavenly- yet it is spectacularly unspoiled – 2,136 acres surrounded by the six million acres of the largest national forest in the lower 48.
Current Clear Creek amenities include a stunning Coore & Crenshaw golf course in a mountain setting, Summit Camp (pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball, sport court), Twin Pines lake house (yacht, jet skis, stand up paddle boards, private beach and dock, ski shuttle), hiking and mountain bike trails, golf simulators, onsite dining, provision shop, and a brand new clubhouse, which houses three fitness areas, an outdoor amphitheater for classes, two relaxing spa treatment rooms, and a steam room. The clubhouse also encompasses a stunning dining experience and picturesque event lawn beneath the mountain landscape.
This position is expected to provide exceptional massage services to high end clientele at Clear Creek Tahoe.
Massage Therapy - $150 /session plus $12/hour base rate: 75%commission plus 20% gratuity on services rendered.
Services include, but are not limited, to: cupping, deep tissue, prenatal, sports massage, trigger point, etc. The ideal candidate will be scheduled on an on-call basis and potential shifts are weekdays 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm and weekends 10:00 am - 6:00 pm.

- Ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest-friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest and by maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest services.
- Implements and maintains guest service standards, and high level of professional service per session.
Required Education and Experience
- Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of 600 hours.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience working at high end spa or private club setting a plus.
