Clear Creek Tahoe is currently seeking a leadership candidate for an open Food & Beverage position. The Food & Beverage Manager at Clear Creek Tahoe is responsible for directing the food & beverage service staff and overseeing the daily operation of the Clubhouse dining outlets and corresponding areas. The Food & Beverage Manager acts as the face of the operations, tasked with ensuring the food & beverage department consistently exceeds the expectations of the Clubs membership and their guests while being fiscally responsible by managing labor costs, implementing inventory controls, and hiring and training all service staff. Clear Creek Tahoe operates a private golf Club & residential development in the mountains just east of Lake Tahoe with multiple facilities including a new Clubhouse with restaurant/kitchen operations, locker/steam rooms, spa/fitness, guest cabin lodges, swim/tennis facilities, miles of private hiking trails, and a lake | ski house on the shores of South Lake Tahoe.

Annual salary range is $62,000 to $65,000 depending upon prior experience. Qualifications:Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelors degree from four-year college or university with a focus in Business, Hospitality Management, and/or equivalent experience in a related hospitality environment.
Five years of food & beverage experience, showing progressive responsibility in a golf club, resort, hotel, and/or similar service/hospitality environment.
Strong work ethic and proven ability to work within a team environment excelling in oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills with an engaging personality.
Demonstrated strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to various situations/needs quickly.
Proficiency with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems.
Salary : $62,000 - $65,000
