Facilitate the efficient operation of an administrative office and provide administrative/clerical support to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years successful office experience
Major Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare HR monthly board report for the Board of Trustees monthly meetings.
- Register and process payments for CCISD job fairs.
- Submit agenda items and/or support materials for Board of Trustees monthly meetings/workshops and required follow-up; facilitate corresponding contracts/maintain records for new teachers and/or coaches after their elections and ensure return of contracts in a timely manner.
- Assist with preparation of possible non-renewals and terminations of professional employees.
- Assist Policy and Legal Affairs Specialist with contract administration.
- Preserve the confidentiality of the office, administration, and District in communicating information to administrators, faculty, students, staff and the public.
- Provide administrative/secretarial support for Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and General Counsel; compose and prepare correspondence, reports and other similar documents.
- Perform the routine work activities and practices associated with a productive office, including but not limited to answering phone calls, sending and retrieving e-mail messages and faxes, maintaining and retrieving information files.
- Prepare requisitions for office supplies and other items needed by the department. Ensure that office machines are functioning properly and required follow-up when needed.
- Examine/process and prepare for supervisor’s signature and/or may sign purchase orders, budget amendments; assist with budget development/monitoring. Prepare payment for expenditures in the department in a timely manner and maintain accurate budget records.
- Assist district patrons and employees by providing needed information or routing to appropriate staff.
