What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Pump Operator position at Clear Creek Concrete?
Clear Creek Concrete is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Concrete Line Pump Operator to join our growing team based in Hendersonville, NC. We serve residential and commercial customers throughout Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina, and Eastern Tennessee.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values safety, and enjoys working as part of a professional team. Previous line pump experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with construction experience and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a concrete line pump.
- Set up, operate, and clean pumping equipment on residential and commercial job sites.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
- Work closely with contractors, concrete suppliers, and crew members.
- Keep equipment clean and in excellent operating condition.
- Complete daily job documentation as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures.
Qualifications Required
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical labor.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
Preferred
- Previous concrete line pump operating experience.
- General concrete or construction experience.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Experience working around concrete placement operations.
CDL is NOT required.
