About the Role
As a Licensed Optician at Clear & Co., you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. You’ll combine technical expertise with genuine care, helping patients see clearly and feel confident in their eyewear choices.
Responsibilities include:
- Dispensing and fitting eyewear with precision and care
- Educating patients on lens options, frames, and eye health solutions
- Managing orders, adjustments, repairs, and follow-ups
- Supporting a boutique optical experience that feels personal, not rushed
- Collaborating closely with doctors and clinical staff
- Maintaining accurate records and insurance documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Active North Carolina optician license
- Strong optical knowledge and attention to detail
