What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Responding to emergency water damage calls
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Setting up containment systems to protect customers' homes
- Removing damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and other building materials
- Light demolition
- Cleaning after water, fire, mold, and sewage losses
- Packing and protecting customer belongings
- Setting and monitoring drying equipment
- Taking moisture readings and documenting drying progress
- Photographing work and maintaining detailed job documentation
- Driving company vehicles
- Maintaining equipment and keeping vehicles clean and organized
- Working respectfully inside occupied homes and businesses
- Delivering outstanding customer service during difficult situations

Experience Preferred
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Water mitigation
- Fire or mold restoration
- Drywall installation or demolition
- Construction
- Remodeling
- Carpentry
- Cleaning or janitorial services
- Disaster restoration
- General labor
- Operating hand and power tools
No restoration experience?
No problem.
If you have a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop
- Smartphone with internet access
- Fluent in English
- Ability to pass a background check – Many of our clients require this.
- Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working in crawlspaces or attics
- Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, dusty, or dirty environments
- Available for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating emergency on-call shifts
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM start time
- Full-time. 30 hours to start then ramp up to full time.
- Overtime available
- Rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Entry Level: $20-$24/hour
- Experienced Technician: $25-$32/hour
- Lead Technician: $32-$38/hour
