We are seeking a General Labor Trainer to guide and support adults with special needs employees in performing warehouse, light industrial, or general labor tasks safely and efficiently.Must be open to commuting to different locations in the IE.ResponsibilitiesTrain employees on general labor tasks, equipment use, and safety proceduresMonitor work performance and provide feedback for improvementDemonstrate proper handling, lifting, and operational techniquesAssist employees in learning new tasks or adapting to new rolesPromote a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environmentQualificationsExperience in warehouse, distribution, or general labor environmentsAbility to demonstrate and teach tasks clearlyPatient, reliable, and professionalUnderstanding of workplace safety standardsMust be 21 of age, valid CA DLMust be able to pass background and drug testCompany DescriptionClear Choice Staffing specializes in helping clients; attract, retain, and manage human capital.
