Clear Choice Resources is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel contract at a Long-Term Care facility in McGregor, Iowa.

Position Details
- Location: McGregor, IA
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care
- Weekly Pay: $1,711 gross
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: Evenings/Nights – 8 & 12-hour shifts
- Schedule: Set Schedule
- Monday & Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Start Date: November 9, 2026
- Workweek: Sunday – Saturday
- Housing: Must have a housing plan in place at the time of submission
Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to long-term care residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license valid in Iowa.
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical nursing skills.
- Ability to work the required evening/night schedule.
- Reliable transportation and a confirmed housing plan.
