Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shepherdsville, KY, for a Licensed Insurance Sales Manager. In this role, the manager will lead and guide a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets, develop and execute effective sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to financial performance. Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and experience in the insurance industry
- Strong background in Customer Service and understanding customer needs

- Team Management abilities including leadership, coaching, and motivating a team
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
