Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will handle sales inquiries, resolve issues, and schedule a sales team for their in house sales calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be onsite 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming Sales calls and provide accurate information to customers regarding services and products.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records through data entry.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Communicate clearly with clients
- Assist in resolving complaints or concerns in a timely manner.
- Scheduling Sales teams
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with call center software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
