What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mortgage Quality Control Processor position at Clear Audit Services?
The QC processor will perform post-closing loan analysis to ensure loan documents and information used to approve the mortgage loan were acceptable in accordance with company, agency, and investor requirements and guidelines. The successful candidate should be highly detail oriented. QC processors should also have an aptitude in math and excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Perform employment and asset re-verifications including re-calculating income and assets to ensure accuracy at origination.
· Order re-verification credit reports.
· Order appraisal field reviews on selected loan files in QC sample.
· Perform occupancy re-verifications upon client’s request..
· Perform QC system data updates.
Qualifications
· High-School Diploma with general business knowledge.
· Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
· Well organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent attention to detail.
