Cleaning Technician

We are a new professional cleaning company serving Roswell and the surrounding areas, and we are hiring 2-3 dependable team members to grow with us.
At Cleantegrity, we hire employees, not independent contractors. As a W-2 employee, you receive proper payroll tax withholding, workers' compensation coverage, paid training, company-provided supplies and equipment, and the support of a professional team.

- 100% of tips go directly to the cleaners who earn them
- Flexible, part-time schedule, approximately 10-25 hours per week
- Daytime hours with some night shift availability coming soon

No Cleaning Experience Required
We can teach cleaning. We are looking for people who are dependable, honest, professional, detail-oriented, and respectful with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes according to Cleantegrity's documented standards and checklists
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Use company-provided tools, supplies, and technology (our app on your phone) to complete each job properly
- Track hours and job completion through the company app
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Treat every client's home, belongings, and privacy with care and respect
- Help deliver consistent, high-quality service on every visit
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout Roswell and the surrounding North Atlanta area
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds
