Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Midwest Sales Manager, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and engineering teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development experience in pharma, biotech, or high-tech industries
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and prepare detailed sales reports
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with some remote work flexibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with facility design, engineering, or cleanroom construction is a plus
