Professional Cleaning Company looking for 1 EXPERIENCED cleaner to work as Independent Contractor.
Most clients are within the Sussex County, Passaic County and Morris County.
Job Highlights -
Work as an independent contractor (1099), accept or decline any cleaning job offers that come your way, based on your schedule . You are your own boss!
- Paid Daily after each cleaning job is completed.
- You will be paid based on a pre- agreed percentage of the fee collected from each service, Pay averages between $26 and $30 per hour.
- We provide you actual work instead of a lead. We handle all customer communications, invoicing etc.
Requirements:
- You MUST have at least 1 year of PROFESSIONAL cleaning experience with real paying customers. You must know how to perform a Deep Cleaning and how a Deep Cleaning differs from a Standard Cleaning.
- You must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment for each job (towels, cleaning solutions, vacuum, mop, etc).
- Basic understanding of English needed. Your own car is needed to travel to jobs.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to
- Be on time for your scheduled cleans
- Ability to manage your time efficiently and clean some homes Unsupervised
- Familiar with the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals (How to remove hard water stains from glass shower doors, how to clean the inside of an oven, inside of a refrigerator etc).
- Pay Close Attention to detail such as corners and under furniture during vaccuming & mopping.
- Scrub/Cleaning of Toilets, Showers, Tile, Kitchen Counters, Dusting, Sweeping, Vacumming, Mopping
This job is perfect for an Active, Independent Cleaner that is looking for extra, consistent work as needed. Very flexible schedule, not full time or part time. Extra work with the opportunity to build your schedule to a Part Time/Full Time schedule based on your performance.
This job is NOT for someone that has no professional cleaning experience, and is not for someone looking for a Monday-Friday, 9-5pm full time job. Pay is excellent with the opportunity to build your schedule as the company grows.
