Coralville, Iowa
Position Type: Seasonal (Job starts April 20, 2026 - October 18, 2026)
Approximately Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Pay: Hourly rate in accordance with Federal Service Contract Act wage determination ($22.24 hour total compensation including fringe benefits).
Must have a valid drivers license and Must be able to pass background check!
Position Overview:
CleanSource, LLC is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to perform daily
custodial services at the Dam Complex Recreation Areas at Coralville Lake.
This is an outdoor, active position that requires reliability, efficiency, and the ability to work
independently.
Typical Schedule
Morning shift:
Approximately 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM (varies by workload)
Every other Weekend required.
( evening spot checks are performed separately.)
Primary Responsibilities
Daily cleaning and maintenance of:
Shower buildings (5)
Restroom / comfort stations (2)
Vault toilets (4)
Fish cleaning stations (3)
Drinking fountains
Playground areas
Trash receptacles (approx. 25)
Campsites and picnic areas (weekly rotation)
Campfire rings (weekly)
Tasks include:
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Restocking paper products and soap
Trash removal
Litter pickup
Hose-down and sanitation of fish cleaning areas
Basic visual safety inspections
Reporting maintenance issues
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather
Lift up to 40 lbs
Walk, Stand, bend, and move continuously
