Role Description The Senior Manager Field Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle, WA, responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations across multiple client sites. This role manages frontline supervisors and field teams, ensuring cleaning, event, and stadium services are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards. The Senior Manager plans and adjusts staffing, coordinates schedules, and monitors workload to meet changing client needs and event demands. They conduct site walk-throughs, inspect work, address service issues, and partner closely with clients to understand expectations and identify improvements. The role also includes training and coaching team members, supporting workforce development efforts, monitoring budgets and inventory, enforcing safety protocols, and collaborating with leadership to implement operational best practices and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience supervising field teams, coaching frontline leaders, and fostering an inclusive, performance-oriented culture.
- Proven operations management experience, ideally in janitorial, facilities, event services, or staffing, with skills in scheduling, resource allocation, and day-to-day site management.
- Customer and client relationship management capabilities, including clear communication, expectation setting, issue resolution, and partnership-building with diverse stakeholders.
- Process and quality improvement skills, such as setting service standards, conducting inspections, using metrics to track performance, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Safety and compliance awareness, including familiarity with OSHA or similar guidelines, incident reporting, and implementing safe work practices in field environments.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, adapt to changing demands, and make sound decisions in fast-paced, event-driven settings.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and systems (e.g., scheduling software, spreadsheets, workforce management tools, email, and messaging platforms).

- Ability to work on-site across various locations in and around Seattle, WA, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules as needed.
