Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of all surfaces
- Manage complete laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care
- Execute professional floor care including sweeping, polishing hardwood, and deep carpet cleaning to maintain pristine standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to and accommodating client preferences during each cleaning session
- Ensure kitchens and bathrooms meet the highest sanitation and hygiene standards through detailed cleaning protocols
- Assist with home organization and decluttering to create functional, peaceful living spaces
- Apply professional cleaning techniques and operate equipment efficiently to deliver superior results
- Document and promptly report any maintenance issues or repair needs to management for client safety and satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services strongly preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience valued
- Comprehensive knowledge of sanitation practices, cleaning products, and professional techniques
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and warmly with clients
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality standards
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial but not required
- Positive, professional attitude with enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development
