Join an established outpatient Addiction Medicine practice that includes experienced Addiction Medicine Specialists, nurse practitioners, counselors, therapists, recovery coaches and case managers
- We believe in the comprehensive treatment of substance use disorder and utilize best practices in the treatment of this chronic devastating disease. This physician led practice includes behavioral health support, medication assisted treatment and treatment of co-occurring disorders as well Hepatitis C.
- Our practice serves patients from all cultures and economic backgrounds and accepts all payor types
- Collaborate with physician specializing in the treatment of substance use disorder
- Opportunity to participate in academic research
- Opportunity to participate in regularly scheduled educational conferences for clinical staff
- Float position providing coverage for medical staff who are on leave. Position would be based in one location utilizing a telemedicine platform.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment and compassion to patients with substance dependence.
- Active state license and controlled substance registration in the state where practicing
- Active State and controlled substance License
- Demonstrated ability for interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superiororganizational skills.
- Computer fluency- EMR experience and proficiency required
- Professionalism in all communications internally and externally.
- Team player with high adaptability.
- Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Performance Responsibilities:
- Complete clinical notes at the end of each workday.
- Complete co-signatures regularly.
