Part-Time Wellness Spa Associate
Location: Cleanse Wellness Spa – 420 S. Lowe Avenue, Ste 23, Cookeville, TN 38501

Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital role in the daily flow of our clinic. Duties include:
Front Desk & Client Care
- Answer phones in a professional, welcoming manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Greet clients and ensure a positive spa experience from start to finish
Sales & Promotion
- Explain and promote spa services, packages, and wellness products
- Assist clients in choosing the right treatments for their needs
Service Assistance
- Assist with Bio-Electric Lymphatic Drainage sessions
- Support clients during Colon Hydrotherapy (training provided)
- Help clients with Ionic Foot Detox services
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms and spa environment
Operations & Teamwork
- Manage client files and input information into scheduling system
- Maintain spa cleanliness, supplies, and professional presentation
- Support therapists and team members as needed
Requirements
- Previous spa, wellness, or customer service experience preferred (but not required—training provided)
- Comfortable learning and assisting with specialized detox therapies
- Tech-savvy, organized, and reliable
- Sales-oriented, personable, and professional in demeanor
- Trustworthy and able to multitask in a busy spa environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Availability to work most Saturdays 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and weekday afternoons 2-6 pm
