What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Massage Therapist position at Cleanse Modern Day Spa?
We're looking for 1 talented Licensed Massage Therapists to join the Cleanse team!
Here's what we're looking for from you:
- REQUIRED: Saturday shift availability from 8:30am - 5:15pm
- Deliver exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each guest's individual needs and wellness goals.
- Perform thoughtful consultations and assessments to create personalized treatment plans and recommend appropriate modalities.
- Utilize a variety of massage techniques, including therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point, stretching, and relaxation techniques, to promote healing and overall well-being.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment that reflects the elevated Cleanse guest experience.
- Educate clients on self-care, home care recommendations, and wellness practices to support long-term results.
- Build genuine relationships with clients through professionalism, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate treatment notes while adhering to Arizona licensing requirements and spa protocols.
- Collaborate with estheticians, spa attendants, and the front desk team to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized treatment rooms and uphold the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and training to continually grow your skills and contribute to our team culture.

Weekday shifts are flexible but Saturday 8:30am - 5:15pm is required.
*Pay is service commission (including upgrades starting at $9/upgrade) gratuity product commission with an average of $60/service hour (not including cash gratuity).
