Job Summary
I am looking for a hard worker who enjoys cleaning. This site is open regardless of the weather, due to the nature of the business. I am looking for someone who doesn't call in and has reliable transportation. I am looking to hire this week and have a start date of Monday.
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, including commercial, residential, and industrial environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
This site should take 3-4 hours to clean.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Maintain floors through buffing and polishing to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Conduct janitorial duties in commercial spaces, ensuring all restrooms, break rooms, and common areas are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required, including the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Carry out custodial responsibilities in residential settings when needed, ensuring customer satisfaction with thorough cleaning services.
- Support facilities maintenance efforts by reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the building.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment, including buffing machines.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is beneficial for specific assignments.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
