Area Manager - Wisconsin Rapids, WI

CleanPower, Wisconsin’s leading commercial cleaning contractor, has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee multiple accounts in Wisconsin Rapids and Surrounding Areas. Shift: Monday – Friday 2PM - 10:30PM(Requires Flexibility)

Pay: $50,000 $400/monthly Car Allowance Bonus Potential

Job duties include:

• Oversight of the daily maintenance of assigned facility
• Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
• Initial and ongoing training of staff
• Ordering supplies
• Managing labor and supply budgets
• Conducting quality control inspections
• Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Min 2 years of management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Janitorial or other service related background
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
