BASIC DAILY SERVICES (Services provided during each Daily service)

A daily checklist is required to be initialed dated every day. This checklist will be provided by the center.

Restrooms:

Daily

1)

Clean, sanitize, and polish all restroom fixtures

2)

Clean all glass and mirrors

3)

Empty and insert liners in all containers

4)

Spot clean and sanitize containers

5)

Mop and sanitize all ceramic floors

6)

Spot clean and sanitize walls, doors, and partitions

7)

Refill all dispensers to normal limits

8)

Supply air fresheners

9)

Low/high dust all horizontal surfaces

10)

Dust mop hard floors and/or vacuum carpeted floors

11)

Weekly sanitize all floor traps and drains

Monthly

1)

Clean and sanitize all walls, doors, and partitions

2)

Remove dust from vents and registers

Entire Facility:

Daily

1)

Empty wastebaskets and replace liners to include the wastebaskets/liners directly outside the facility

2)

Remove all trash to designated area

3)

Spot clean and sanitize walls, doors, and partitions

4)

Clean and sanitize telephones

5)

Clean and sanitize drinking fountains, sinks and microwaves

6)

Clean entire interior glass in partitions, doors, and tabletops

7) Dust mop floors and/or vacuum carpeted floors and walk off mats including Back of House

8) Wet mop floor including Back of House

9)

Ashtrays/urns emptied and wiped clean

10)

If cardboard boxes are broken down, they will need to be removed and properly disposed

Monthly

1)

Remove dust and cobwebs from ceiling areas

2)

Dust all furniture, desks, picture frames, chairs, etc.

3)

Low dust all horizontal surfaces to hand height (72") to include dusting under stock room racking

4)

High dust above hand height all horizontal surfaces

5)

Remove dust from vents and registers

6)

All interior windows need to be cleaned monthly

PERIODIC WORK - Included as part of regular basic services

Weekly

1)

Remove dust and cobwebs from ceilings areas

2)

Burnish hard floors

Required weekly or as needed

Buffer/Burnisher can be stored on site but is not a requirement

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10.15 - $10.39 per hour
