We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is a welcoming environment for our clients. Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and ready for use.
Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, adhering to established schedules and client preferences.
Provide custodial services such as carpet cleaning and floor care to enhance the appearance of homes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning agents and equipment.
Skills
Proficiency in residential cleaning techniques with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
Experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred.
Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices is a plus.Ability to perform carpet cleaning and floor care duties effectively.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic cooking skills can be beneficial for clients requiring additional services.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
