What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor/Cleaner position at Cleaning Pros Professional Inc?
Overview:
Currently looking for custodial professionals to fill the following shifts in the evening:
Monday through Friday from 6:30pm to 10:30pm
Saturday from 6:30pm to 10:30pm
Sunday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm
We will either employ 1 custodian 7 days per week or split the the days between 2 custodians depending on the needs of those who apply.

Key Responsibilities
Surface Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors. Clean windows and dust surfaces.
Sanitation: Deep-clean and restock restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch communal spaces daily.
Waste Removal: Empty trash and recycling bins. Dispose of waste in outside dumpsters.
Building Security: Lock doors, turn off lights, and secure the facility at shift end.
Stock Management: Monitor cleaning supply levels. Inform supervisors when inventory runs low.
What We Look For
Experience: Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Reliability: A track record of excellent attendance and punctual arrival.
Attention to Detail: Pride in spotting and cleaning areas others might miss.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
