We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Padsplits and Room Move-Out Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all residential units and shared spaces are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for new occupants. Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments and shared areas, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Execute move-out cleaning tasks efficiently, ensuring all units meet cleanliness standards for new tenants.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels with care and attention to detail.
• Use cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively to maintain high hygiene standards across all spaces.
• Conduct outdoor work including sweeping entryways, cleaning patios or balconies, and maintaining exterior cleanliness.
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate professionally with residents or property managers regarding cleaning schedules or special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management or janitorial roles with a focus on detailed sanitation procedures.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance.
• Exceptional customer service skills with clear communication abilities for interacting with residents or property staff.
• Experience with outdoor work activities such as outdoor surface cleaning or yard maintenance is a plus.
• Familiarity with sanitation standards, dusting techniques, and custodial best practices to ensure a spotless environment.
