About the Role
- Solo model mainly (with support team environment).
- Customer service base mindset - reliable and consistent.
- Paced and detailed focused.
- Self focused - we do not micromanage.
- Travel between jobs.
- Clear expectations, strong communication, and the tools you need to succeed.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable with bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Clean background (drug test may be required)
- Reliable, insured vehicle valid driver’s license
- Smartphone with data
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently with a TEAM mindset
- Availability: Monday–Friday 8:30-4:30.
Pay & Benefits
- Training: $18/hr (up to 2 weeks)
- Ongoing pay: 40 %
- (Average $22–$26 per hour, based on performance and time with the company)
- Paid time off after 90 days
