About the Role
- Mostly solo-cleaning (independence support)
- Residential cleaning (some commercial optional)
- No micromanaging — we treat you like an adult
- Steady expectations, clear communication, and the tools you need to succeed
Requirements
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- Clean background; drug test possible
- Reliable, insured vehicle valid license
- Smartphone with data
- Positive attitude & strong work ethic
- Able to work independently
- Availability: Mon–Fri, 8:30/8:45 AM–4:30 PM
- TEAM mindset
Pay & Benefits
- Training: $17/hr (up to 2 weeks)
- Ongoing pay: 40–45% of job amount (avg $20–$26 hr)
- Paid time off after 90 days (your birthday included!)

- Supplies provided (terms apply)

- Life/work balance — no nights/weekends unless you choose commercial work
