Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory; we value a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance will be considered an advantage.
