About the Position:
We are seeking a Bilingual Construction Project Manager fluent in both English and Korean to lead and oversee construction projects in Taylor, TX. This role is crucial in bridging communication between Korean-speaking clients, subcontractors, and English-speaking teams to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in managing construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Korean-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking teams.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure quality and compliance.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and address any delays or issues.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations are met on-site.
- Translate construction documents and facilitate bilingual meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Basic Spanish (speaking and writing) is a plus
- 3 years of experience in construction project management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, local building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- OSHA 30 Certification
