If yes, read on:

Cleaners Kingdom is hiring professional house cleaners. With all the uncertainty you’ve faced, one thing is certain at Cleaners Kingdom. You NEED the best place to work and now, more than ever, our customers need YOU. Customers need your commitment, professionalism, and – let’s face it – GRIT to help them have peace of mind in their home.

Can scale up to $1,000 /week bonus and incentive opportunities. I am a small business owner and I will personally walk you through the pay schedule so you understand and are comfortable with what you earn and how you earn.

Apply now if you’re the type of person who values:

• Consistency. You want jobs ready for you when you need them.
• Control. You want the ability to work as much or as little as you want.
• Earning value. You will be paid WEEKLY (this is hard work and I recognize that!)
• Expertise. You already have the training and can impressively dazzle.
• Ownership. You bring your proper cleaning and disinfecting knowledge.

• Performance based pay.
• Bonuses and raises based on performance.
• Owners that genuinely care about your work and personal goals.
• Consistent tips from clients.

• The buck stops with you. You’re responsible for the entire job, whether you cleaned it or not. You own the team’s successes and failures.
• Clearly communicate. Lead client communication. Conduct the walkthrough. Explain the plan to the team.
• Assess how to divide work to be completed. Confirm they understand.
• Lead from the front: take the hardest work on site. Model best practices for the team to see.
• Trust but verify. Give space to let the team do work. Stay connected to find teachable moments and confirm the team’s work is great.
• Obsess over the details. The team, and even clients, should think your standards are unreasonably high.
