Custodian (crew leader)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Custodian (Crew Leader) - This is a part-time position, 2 days per week, 5 hours per day

 This employee will be under the supervision of the Account Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

       DEPENDABLE AND ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY

• ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTION
• NO LIFT RESTRICTIONS 
• HAVE TRANSPORTATION
• AWARE OF SURROUNDINGS

          (General public, motor vehicles)

• ABILITY TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK
  • ABLE TO OPERATE A FLOOR SCRUBBER

JOB DUTIES:

 Perform tasks per contract specifications

                              1.   Empty trash

                             2.   High and low dusting

                             3.   Sweep & mop floors

                             4.   Vacuuming

                             5.   Clean restrooms / break room

                             6.   Restock restroom dispensers

                             7.   Window cleaning (no ladders)

                             8.  Operate floor scrubber
