Property Care Associate (No Nights, Consistent Hours)

Job Overview

We are hiring for a Property Care Associate at a luxury residential property in Tampa.

This role focuses on common areas, amenities, elevators, leasing office, gym, and lobby. This is not apartment or hotel room cleaning. The work is routine, organized, detail-focused, and less physically demanding than high-volume cleaning jobs.

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and experienced in cleaning. An experienced cleaner is preferred because we expect you to show professionalism through your cleaning quality, attention to detail, and ability to complete work correctly.

This position may start with a part-time schedule, with the opportunity to increase days and hours based on work quality, reliability, professionalism, and property needs.

Expected start date is approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on scheduling and final selection.

Schedule

• 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
• Initial schedule may start part-time
• Opportunity to grow into additional days/hours
• No nights
• Consistent daily schedule

Additional work may be assigned after the regular shift. Flexibility is needed between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM when additional work is added. This extra work is sporadic and may not be available every day, but when assigned, it must be completed.

Pay

• $18/hour
• Paid biweekly
• Additional approved work paid separately

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas and amenities
• Sanitize elevators and high-touch surfaces
• Clean leasing office, gym, lobby, and shared spaces
• Perform routine cleaning tasks
• Follow cleaning standards and checklists
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional presentation throughout the property
• Complete additional assigned work when added to the schedule

Requirements

• Experienced cleaner preferred
• Apartment-ready, house cleaning, janitorial, or luxury property cleaning experience preferred
• Must show professionalism through cleaning quality and attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently
• Able to stand, walk, and perform light physical work
• Flexible for occasional additional work between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
• Comfortable following property standards and cleaning procedures

• This is a 1099 contractor position
• No benefits included
• This role may begin part-time and increase based on performance, reliability, professionalism, and available work
• Additional work after the regular shift is sporadic, but must be completed when assigned
