What you'll contribute to
In this role you will:
• Provide clear direction, coaching and support to a project delivery team
• Solve delivery, resourcing and prioritisation challenges across competing initiatives
• Partner closely with operational, corporate and technology stakeholders
• Maintain stakeholder confidence through clear cadence, governance and communication
• Ensure programs deliver practical outcomes that improve operational reliability and service
On your first day you will have:
• Experience working in operational or customer-facing environments
• People leadership experience with a focus on support and stability
• Ability to communicate clearly in written, verbal or visual formats
• Strong stakeholder management across varied business groups
• Experience working with governance, risk and delivery frameworks
