About the Opportunity
As Portfolio Definition Lead, you’ll play a key role in translating CleanCo’s strategic and asset-life plans into achievable project portfolios. You’ll lead the enterprise project prioritisation process, manage portfolio intake, and oversee capacity planning to ensure CleanCo’s resources are focused on delivering the highest strategic value.
You’ll work collaboratively across the business to consolidate area-level plans into a cohesive enterprise portfolio, and provide insights through dashboards and reporting to senior and executive leadership.
Based in Brisbane, this permanent role sits within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and reports to the EPMO Manager.
About you
- You bring at least 3 years of PMO experience (ideally within an EPMO) and 4 years in related business fields.
- You’re confident in translating strategy into executable programs, and skilled in resource forecasting, scenario modelling, and business analysis.
- You’re detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
- You communicate clearly across all levels and thrive in stakeholder-rich environments.
- You hold a university qualification in business, project/portfolio management or a related field.
- PowerBI experience and certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP or MoP are desirable.
