About the Opportunity
As the D&T PMO Lead, you’ll be responsible for enhancing the delivery of CleanCo’s D&T projects by maintaining and improving standardised project management practices. You’ll lead the development and oversight of frameworks, tools, and processes that align with CleanCo’s enterprise-wide project management standards.
This includes establishing robust governance structures and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making across the D&T portfolio. You will oversee project health reporting, risk and issue tracking, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives through effective portfolio governance.
You’ll work closely with D&T and business leaders to ensure projects are prioritised, resourced, and delivered effectively. You’ll also support and guide a team of contractors and project professionals, ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement across the D&T portfolio.
This Brisbane-based permanent role offers genuine flexibility.
About you
You’re a seasoned project management professional with tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and relevant certifications in PMO, Portfolio, Program or Project Management. You bring strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills, and have experience managing complex D&T portfolios in dynamic environments.
You’re confident in analysing project data, advising on risk and opportunity, and driving continuous improvement. You value collaboration, curiosity, and courage – and you’re ready to make a meaningful contribution to Queensland’s clean energy future.
