What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Manager position at CleanBees?

We have recently expanded in the Greenville area!
This particular position is PART TIME and is a perfect second job.
You will be asked to travel. We service the entire greenville area. This aspect of the job is factored into your pay, which is in general more $$ than other cleaning companies pay.
Requirements:
-A valid driver's license and a car.
-A NEAR SPOTLESS BACKGROUND CHECK.
-honest (if I bring a mistake to your attention and you know you made that mistake, you admit to it and try to not repeat it)
-dependable/accountable (you say you will show up at 3 p.m., so you show up at 3 p.m.)
-motivated to work (willing to pick up last minute shifts occasionally)
** I conduct background checks prior to hiring. The background check system I use is strict, and I cannot make any exceptions.
Responsibilities:
As a CleanBees contactor, you will be responsible for cleaning by yourself, or in conjunction with other contractors. We clean short term vacation rentals. More specific details about job requirements and duties will be explained during the interview process.
Scheduling:
As an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR for cleanbees you are responsible for your own schedule. You will get a notification about upcoming cleaning jobs and be able to respond to the ones that fit well within your schedule. We have an app that we use.
HOURS:
The clean time (a definite start time and approximate end time) will be in the app the we use for scheduling.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on experience and work ethic. Bonuses are available for exceptional work and are based on performance. They are up to the discretion of the supervisors and owner.
I start people off at $16 per hour regardless of background or experience for a probationary period that is based on overall performance.
Interviews:
Interviews will be conducted over the phone prior to trying out a clean. The very best way to contact me is via text. Once we have have communicated over the phone, I will schedule a training day for you to try a clean.
