We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the development of our residential and commercial operations. The candidate will manage, train & develop the cleaning staff to optimize quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Train employees with the company cleaning system to optimize quality and efficiency
- Perform quality control inspections in residential and commercial accounts
- Oversee staff on a daily operations
- Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner and equipment
- Participate in cleaning projects as required
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
- Have a good attitude, proactivity and ability to deal with customers and employees
Requirements and skills
- Two years of work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Experience with house cleaning tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Flexibility to work schedule and hours
- High school diploma is a plus
