Cleana is a cleaning company serving Mesa, Tempe, Chandler and Gilbert. We are looking for reliable independent cleaners to take on residential jobs. How it works You clean. We find the client, handle the scheduling, and collect the payment. No marketing, no chasing leads, no waiting to get paid. Pay, per job Under 1,200 sq ft - $110 1,200 to 1,800 sq ft - $135 1,800 to 2,500 sq ft - $160 Deep cleans and move in / move out - quoted per job, higher That works out to roughly $25 to $35 per hour. You are paid the SAME DAY, once you send before and after photos. Most companies pay weekly. We do not. You see every job and its price before you accept it. Take what fits your schedule, pass on what does not. What you do Standard residential cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, counters, sinks, stovetop, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and trash removal. Inside the oven, fridge and microwave are deep clean extras and paid separately. Occasional commercial and office work as well. What you need Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Your own transportation Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more than anything else here Schedule Flexible. Weekly and repeat work as we grow. Evening and overnight commercial shifts are sometimes available. Important This is independent contractor work, not employment.
