Sales Representative

Core Responsibilities:

-Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist them in choosing the right wash packages and upgrades

-Actively promote and sell car wash memberships by educating customers on benefits like cost savings, convenience, and exclusive perks

-Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by converting existing retail customers into our unlimited membership program

-Suggest and sell premium washes and upgrades to enhance the customer experience

-Handle transactions accurately, provide receipts, and ensure all payment details are clear to the customer

-Assist with daily site operations as directed by the General Manager

-Keep the car wash facility clean and organized to ensure a satisfactory experience for all customers

Qualifications and Skills:

-Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for explaining services and building rapport with customers

-Sales Ability: A passion for sales and the ability to meet sales goals is a primary requirement. Previous successful sales experience is required

-Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are needed to create a positive overall experience for all customers

-Professionalism: A professional attitude, strong work ethic, and integrity are required

-Problem Solving: The ability to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively is necessary

-Physical Requirements: The ability to stand outside for long durations in the elements. The ability to assist with general site cleanliness.

Compensation and Benefits

-Position offers a base hourly wage plus uncapped commissions on sales

-Potential earnings can exceed $30 an hour with effective sales on memberships and upgrades

-Complimentary car washing of sales associates personal vehicle
